Educational qualification :
- AICTE recognized Bacheror degree in Engineers / Technology or its equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communications from AICTE recognizrd institution/ university or Institutions established by Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India, on full time regular mode basis, with one year practical/ teaching experience. OR
- Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent in Electronlcs/Electronlcs & Communications from Haryana State Board of Technical Education, with two years practical/ teaching experience.
- Hindi/ sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher education.

Age limit : 17 - 42 yrs
Educational qualification :
- Bachelor degree in library science from a recognized university;
- Two years experience as a Junior Librarian in any reputed Institute
