SSC recruitment 2017 post of stenographer Grade 'C' and 'D'

Staff Selection Comission has released the notification for the year 2017 for the post of stenographer Grade 'C' and Grade 'D' in ministries/departments of centarl government and various states and union territories .Candidates who are applying must have the skills in stenography and the certificate. Interested candidate who meet eligibility criteria can apply through online on or before the last date-15/07/2017

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed Intermediate from any recognised Board/University with good percentage

Age limit: As on (01/08/2017) 

• SC/ST candidate age is relaxable by 5 yrs
• OBC candidates age is relaxable by 3 yrs
• Exservicemen age is relaxable by 5 yrs
• PH candidates age is relaxable by 10 yrs
• Candidates who had ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 1st jan 1980 to 31st dec 1989 is relaxable by 5 yrs
• Widows/Divorced women/not remarried and legally separated is relaxable by 7 yrs

Selection process: Selection process is done on the basis of computer based examination and skill test and descriptive pattern

Application fee: General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs.100. for SC/ST, PH and women candidates are exempted from the payment of fee

Mode of payment: Payments can be through credit card, debit cards, cash cards, internet banking and SBI challans
