• Candidate should have passed local language as one of the subjects in 10th Class. 
• Candidate should know basic reading / writing knowledge of English and local language of the concerned State.

Educational qualification :

• Candidate should have Passed in 8th class from recognised Board/institution
• Candidate should have studied local language as one of the subjects in 8th standard. 

Age limit : 18 - 25 yrs.

• SC/ST candidates age is relaxable by 5 yrs
• OBC candidates age is relaxable by 3 yrs
• PWD candidates age is relaxable by 10 yrs
