Educational Qualifications:
GET - First class Degree in the discipline of Mechanical / Chemical / Civil / Metallurgical Engineering having minimum 65% marks in aggregate.
Officer (CSR) - Post Graduate Degree or its equivalent (2 years full time) in Social Work/ Social Welfare / Rural Development/ Rural Management, from AICTE/ UGC recognized institute/ university/deemed university.
Pay Scale:
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)- Consolidated stipend of Rs.24,900/- per month (For One Year Training Period). After successful completion of training they will be considered for placement in Officers Grade 'A' with a probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale of Rs.24,900 - Rs.50,500.
Officer (CSR) - Probationary period of 12 months on a pay scale of Rs.24,900 – Rs.50,500/-
Age Limit:
30 Years as on 01.10.2013. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC (non- creamy layer) candidates.
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates called for Written Test and/or Personal interview.
