Educational qualification:
Applicant shall possess the Bachelor's Degree of a University in India established under a statute. Preference may be given to those applicants who possess the Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Management. Good knowledge of English and also one Regional language preferably local language is desirable.For post wise eligibility criteria view detailed notification.
Application Fee:
A candidate is required to pay a non-refundable and non- adjustable fee of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred ) only. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe of Odisha and Physically Handicapped [ whose disability is not less than 40% (forty percent) ] are exempted from payment of this fee.
Age Limit:
A candidate must be above 21(twenty one) years and below 32 (thirty two) years of age as on 01.08.2013 for the post of Management Trainee and must be above 18(eighteen) years and below 32 (thirty two) years of age as on 01.08.2013 for the post of Management Trainee-Junior .Relaxation as per govt rules is applicable.

Selection Process:
The selection process involves written test and interview.Shortlisted candidates, who will qualify in the written test, will be called for interview.
