Educational qualification : Candidates must have completed intermediate/class XII examination from recognised Board with 3 months basic course in computer applications. Should have possession of Sikkim state certificate. should have knowledge of any of the state languages namely Sikkim, Nepali, Bhutania, Lepcha or Limboo
Age limit : (as on 31/05/2017) minimum age is 18 and maximum age is 30 years
Selection process : process of selection is done on the basis of Main (written) examination and interview Test
